Amotec is currently recruiting Production Workers / Material Handlers in the Akron OH area. These roles are with our client, a leader in the Polymer Manufacturing Industry.

In this role, you will be moving raw material throughout the facility, filling barrels with Polymer products, and bagging products into specially made bags.

This Role Offers :

• $18-19 an hour.
• 1st shift, Monday through Thurday (4 ten hour days) 5am to 3pm
• Full benefits package, 401K, paid holidays, PTO
• Overtime (No Saturdays)

Production Workers / Material Handlers Job Description :

• Filling barrels with Polymer product and moving them to a shipping area of the facility.
• Moving product throughout the plant with pallet jacks and motorized pallet jacks.
• Packaging of Polymer Products.
• Help to maintain a clean work environment
• Inventory when needed.

Other Requirements and Skills :

• High School Diploma required
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 80 lbs. periodically throughout your shift.
• Willingness to work OT during the work week. (No Saturday work)
• Must have steel toe boots or shoes
• A positive attitude
• The ability to clearly communicate
• A willingness to listen and to take direction always
