- Handling bankruptcy documents and deceased verification
- Handle and resolve high risk consumer complaints in a timely manner
- Create and manage accounts in the system
- Complete daily requests from the collection floor, outsource companies, and management
- Track authorizations and correspondence with clients
- Assists with data entry from various departments
- Establish, develop, maintain, and update Salesforce
- Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and calls

- Experienced in Microsoft Office applications
