Top Ranked National General Contractor actively seeking Superintendents to lead their Ground Up Grocery, Industrial Tilt Wall, Large Scale Distribution Center and Cold Storage projects through completion.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction, Additions, Renovations, and Build Outs of Grocery, Cold Storage Warehouses for food or distribution facilities, and Food & Beverage Manufacturing Facilities, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage owners, vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout project.
Select Responsibilities :
- Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
- Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
- Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.
- Implement and execute Quality Control / Quality Assurance program.
- Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Lead Superintendent experience
- Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
- Must be willing to travel on site to locations.
