Job Description
What You’ll Do
Responsible for project managing integration Card & Lending workstreams. Manages coordination of governance and ad hoc meetings related to workstream, consolidation of status reporting, compilation and distribution of weekly status reports to key stakeholders and serve as information exchange and data room point of contact.
Leads working groups to ensure workstreams are consistently progressing on time and escalates any risks to those timelines.
How You’ll Do It
Acts as a liaison between the business and development resources. Manage projects from conception through implementation.
Partners with project sponsor(s) and stakeholders to define and document project objectives, scopes, goals, deliverables, required resources, work structures, development budgets, and timelines.
Establishes team roles and responsibilities and communicates expectations to team members. Develops, manages, and maintains overall project plans and schedules.
Assembles project teams. Aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources. Ensures project progress is tracked and team members are providing progress updates.
Resolves issues throughout the project life cycle.
Assist with business requirements analyses. Manages project scopes, issues, and risks. Ensures change controls are executed appropriately.
Estimate work efforts and manage resources accordingly.
Document agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs. Communicate statuses to stakeholders.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management, Project Management, Finance, Social Sciences or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related experience
- In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Computer Science, People Leadership, or related experience.

Compensation :
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
