Primary Care Physician Assistant
Location : Salinas, CA
Job Type : Full-time
Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 am- 5 pm
Work Location : In person.
Pay range : $130k- $160k
About Your Work :
- Obtain history and perform physical examination
- Complete review of medicines and related instructions
- Review home safety and psychosocial needs
- Fulfill documentation needs for STAR and HCC measures
- Obtain and document all pertinent information in patient's charts and case management notes on the same day as patient is seen;
include medications and end of life preferences and "drivers" of preventable hospital admissions.
Qualifications :
- CA Licensed Physician Assistant
- 1+ Experience with Primary Care
