The Systems Administrator is responsible for the general management of the Salesforce platform, the electronic medical records platform, and business communications platform.

This position will align system designs with operational processes. This includes data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support.

Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the software configuration meets organizational and operational goals. Responsibilities :

  • Detailed knowledge of systems features, functionality, and utilization of the applications software; also includes knowledge of data and associated reporting capabilities.
  • Maintain and customize Salesforce and related applications (e.g.; Conga, Formstack, DocuSign, DialPad, etc.) to promote business efficiencies.
  • Manage user roles, permission sets, licensing, configurations, integrations, reports, workflows and dashboards within system applications.
  • Develop and provide ongoing user training and create systems training materials.
  • Perform database maintenance and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Manage data security and appropriate encryption with Salesforce Shield.
  • Works with clinical leadership and administrative staff to ensure high utilization and compliance with system driven processes.
  • Serve as primary resource for managing and responding to end user service requests related to systems and related applications.
  • Continually evaluate opportunities to unlock capabilities and additional features within systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams : Sales, Operations, Clinical, Finance, etc.
  • Supports and oversees integration projects with other platforms.
  • Evaluate new applications and platforms that could be added to the digital ecosystem.
  • Define disaster recovery / downtime approach and participate in disaster recovery initiativesfor both systems.
  • Takes primary responsibility for software vendors management including day to day management, issue resolution and escalation when needed, and service level agreement oversight.
  • Identify operational issues and risks and resolve or escalate as appropriate.
  • Performs project management skills including defining tasks, resources and timelines and coordinating the team to deliver to the planned milestones.
  • Facilitate meetings with internal and external parties as needed to collect requirements, define or solve issues or manage related projects.
  • Monitor systems effectiveness and / or performance to determine if there are any potential problems, report critical findings to peers and / or manager and resolve issues.
  • Resolve or triage support calls as applicable. Track issues to identify opportunities for improvement or identify trends that impact system effectiveness.Education and Experience :
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience administering Salesforce.
  • Salesforce certifications and training, preferred.
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce Healthcloud and custom objects.
  • Experience with Salesforce Maps Advanced.
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare technology best practices and standards.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
  • Thorough knowledge of basic Salesforce Objects including Leads, Account, Contacts, Accounts, Dashboards, Reports, Flow Automations, Custom Fields, Sandbox, Etc.
  • Strong customer service skills and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize work efforts.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Ability to triage tasks and shift priorities accordingly.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Highly professional with the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple daily tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
