We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our client, a leader in quality paint applicators located in San Fernando, CA.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities :
- Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair.
- Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
- Plan repair work using building blueprints or equipment manuals as needed.
- Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician, such as repairing drywall, painting, and fixing doors and other building fixtures.
- Conduct routine maintenance on building systems.
- Clean and assist with the upkeep of the facilities.
- Order supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience :
- Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
- Must be flexible and reliable.
- Work well independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Maintain the production pace of other team members.
- Demonstrate prompt and regular attendance.
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
- Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Pay Rate and Shift :
- Monday-Friday
- 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
- $18.00
