We are currently seeking experienced RNs for both Day and Night Shifts in North Fulton, and we are pleased to offer a substantial sign-on bonus along with relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous medical records and patient documentation.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and personalized care plans.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for patient interaction.
- Ability to provide direct patient care with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in nursing practices and medical procedures to ensure high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Must be a currently licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or possess the privilege to practice under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
- A current BLS card from the American Heart Association is required on the first day of employment.
- Experience with direct patient care is essential.
- National certification in a specialty area is preferred.
