HVAC Sales Consultant / Comfort Advisor

Pay : Base $30–50k ( DOE = Depends On Experience) + uncapped commission OTE (On-Target Earnings) $60–100k

Employment Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform in-home consultations : assess comfort issues, equipment, and ductwork; discuss options and financing.
  • Design & present solutions : create clear, accurate proposals including good / better / best options.
  • Close and follow through : secure agreements, collect deposits, and ensure a clean handoff to install team.
  • Own your pipeline : update CRM, follow up on open quotes, and maintain a steady close rate.
  • Deliver a 5-star experience : ask for reviews, set expectations, and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Partner with the team : communicate with dispatch / office, coordinate site checks, and verify materials / scope.

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of outside or in-home sales (HVAC / home services preferred, not required).
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills; polished, professional presence.
  • Self-managed and organized with reliable follow-up and time management.
  • Comfortable working some evenings / weekends to meet customer scheduling needs.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; ability to access attics / basements and lift up to ~20 lbs.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM / estimating tools; willing to learn our systems.
