What You’ll Do : As our Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and driving engagement :
- Create Compelling Content : Develop and produce captivating short-form, vertical video content that resonates with our audience.
- Strategize and Execute : Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more (a strong background in TikTok is a plus!).
- Community Engagement : Foster meaningful connections by actively responding to comments and interacting with our community.
- Innovate and Collaborate : Work closely with our team of Social Media Coordinators / Managers to develop new content frameworks and campaigns that drive engagement and expand our reach.
- Stay Ahead of Trends : Monitor industry trends and user behavior to optimize content strategy and ensure maximum impact.
- Report to our Director of Social Media.
Who You Are :
- Social Media Savvy : Fluent in all major social media platforms, with a deep understanding of their nuances and best practices.
- Creative Visionary : Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software, with a knack for storytelling and visual communication.
- Confident On-Camera : Comfortable in front of the camera, with a natural ability to engage and connect with viewers.
- Strategic Thinker : Able to think critically, pitch new ideas, and execute them effectively.
- Organized and Proactive : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Team Player : Collaborative by nature, thriving in a team environment while also capable of working independently.
