DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role
- Expertise in SQL and working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications :
- Practical experience with BI tools such as Power BI, including proficiency in DAX and M languages
- Experience with Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Services) for data storage, processing, and analytics
- Proficiency in dimensional modeling and schema design for data warehousing and OLAP
WHAT WILL SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
In this Business Intelligence Analyst role, you will be pivotal in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across various departments.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, design and implement BI solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure data accuracy and usability.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Provide timely support and troubleshooting for incoming user requests
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for BI solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
- Leverage Agile project management methodologies to assist project teams in delivering BI solutions in iterative cycles
- Utilize DAX and M languages for data transformations, calculations, and modeling within Power BI; extract, transform, and load data from various sources to populate data warehouses and data marts
