Swenson Granite Works , a division of Polycor, has an immediate opening for a Customer Support Associate . Under the responsibility of the Store Manager, the candidate must focus on helping, educating customers, and promoting sales. They provide sound advice on the selection, site preparation, and use of natural stone products, while identifying opportunities to recommend products or services that meet customers' needs. The CSA assists customers in person, over the phone, or by email, ensuring a positive sales experience. He is a credible representative of Swenson Granite Works.

The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to educate customers. They are sales-driven, capable of identifying opportunities and achieving sales targets and KPIs. With experience in customer service or sales, particularly in the construction or home improvement industries, they bring valuable expertise to the role.
