Key Responsibilities

Lead the product introduction of insurance-based pathways for at-home sleep testing and DME therapy

Translate insurance requirements into actionable platform workflows and technical specifications

Design user journeys that ensure HIPAA compliance and pricing transparency

Required Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience with healthcare or insurance-based products

Strong understanding of insurance operations including eligibility verification and claims

Experience in introducing insurance into a primarily cash-pay or consumer-first business

Familiarity with healthcare data standards and compliance frameworks (HIPAA)

Background in sleep health, respiratory therapy, or medical device e-commerce
