Base pay range
$20.00 / hr - $22.00 / hr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units and external partners to exchange media content and transmit broadcasts, typically covering special events in the field.
- Develop and coordinate the technical and production infrastructure for external teams and journalists covering broadcast events.
- Participate in the negotiation of agreements on the exchange and sale of media content.
- Support the company's value proposition by planning and executing Opening and Closing Bells and covering special events for issuers and non-issuers.
- Coordinate the technical and production infrastructure for external teams and keep the MarketSite tech team informed of event logistics and changes.
- Negotiate agreements on the exchange and sale of event space.
- Plan and execute global programs and events to support CCG objectives, generating meaningful connections with high-level management.
- Produce or sponsor events to position the company as a thought leader in the field and contribute to regional and global economic conversations.
- Promote the company through events, ensuring understanding of the value proposition by listed and prospect companies.
- Apply knowledge base to all Broadcast operations and maintain a solid understanding of Broadcast equipment functionality.
- Interact with on-site reports and all internal / external clients, perform Broadcast scheduling needs, and participate in duplication responsibilities.
- Responsible for daily bookings of MarketSite opening / closing bell ceremonies and identify timely events for booking.
- Educate the company on ways MarketSite can increase exposure and revenue opportunities.
- Leverage creative uses for opening / closing bells or events, coordinate IPO Events, and assist the IPO team with Listing Day proposal promises.
- Promote all facets of MarketSite during client meetings and walk-throughs to produce revenue.
- Increase usage of MarketSite for non-traditional events like photo shoots, tower messages, and promotional activities.
Skills and qualifications
