Role Overview

We are seeking a Director, Solution Consulting & Enablement to lead key functions within our commercial team. This role oversees Solution Consulting, Sales Development, and Commercial Enablement —helping to scale our go-to-market execution and accelerate growth. You’ll manage and mentor team members, partner closely with sales and marketing, and ensure our commercial organization is equipped to consistently win in the market.

What You'll Do

• Lead Solution Consulting : Manage and develop Solution Consultants; drive compelling demos, proposals, and clinical / technical expertise to support sales cycles.
• Oversee Sales Development : Direct SDR team strategy, pipeline generation, coaching, and alignment with marketing and sales goals.
• Drive Enablement & Growth : Build programs that improve onboarding, training, methodology adoption, and sales productivity across the commercial organization.
• Partner Cross-Functionally : Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Implementation to ensure consistent messaging, seamless handoffs, and strong execution.
• Shape Strategy : Surface customer and market insights to influence product, go-to-market approaches, and commercial playbooks.
