H2 Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Prime Living team providing 1 : 1 care to geriatric patients in Senior Care Facilities.
The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

Education : Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Experience : Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, but not required.
