Job Description
Manage day-to-day project operations from pre-construction through close-out. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teams to ensure seamless execution. Enforce safety and quality control protocols across project sites. Maintain LEED documentation and ensure compliance with green building requirements. Work closely with clients, architects, and general contractors to resolve issues and keep projects aligned with scope and schedule. Report regularly on project status, budget forecasts, and potential risks. Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Promote and model our company values and positive team culture on every project.

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of construction management experience, preferably in exterior envelope systems (e.g., curtain wall, cladding, roofing, waterproofing). Strong knowledge of LEED certification requirements and green building practices. Proven success in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). OSHA 30 certification (preferred). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
What's on Offer
Base salary between $100,000 and $140,000. 15-20% annual bonus payout. $600 / month car allowance. All travel expenses paid by company. Comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage and 401k.
