Compensation :
$75,000 - $165,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Develop leads for potential clients through various methods like cold calling, door knocking, and networking events.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in real estate sales.
- Follow up diligently with leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer's agent.
- Maintain consistent communication with homebuyers via phone calls, emails, etc. to ensure brand recall when they are ready to purchase a home again.
- Monitor the team's performance towards company objectives by preparing monthly and quarterly sales reports.
- Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clientele.
- Utilize CRM tools to gather and maintain accurate customer data for agents.
- Schedule appointments with clients and conduct them effectively.
Qualifications :
- To be considered for this position as an Entry Level Real Estate Sales Agent in Westport, CT, US, you must have a valid Real Estate License or be in the process of obtaining one.
- Sales Experience is not required as we provide comprehensive training to all our team members.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients and team members.
- Being personable and friendly is a key trait that will help you build rapport with clients and create lasting relationships.
- A valid Driver's License is a requirement for this role to enable you to travel to various locations for property viewings and client meetings.
