Praescient Analytics is seeking a Senior Project Director Data Analytics that will function as a leader providing data analysis to the Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA) Office of Job Corps.

The program will provide performance-related policy recommendations, WIOA reporting, data reporting, data integrity audit functions, data systems, statistical and analytical support, risk management tools, surveys, research, evaluation, and technical assistance.

Job Corps is a national residential training and employment program established to address the multiple employment barriers faced by opportunity youth throughout the United States.

The program provides comprehensive career development services to students, including academic, career technical training, independent living skills, career readiness and success training, and support services.

The intent of this unique combination of Job Corps' services is to prepare youth for obtaining and maintaining gainful employment, pursuing further education or training, or satisfying entrance requirements for careers in the Armed Forces.

This position will allow for fully Remote delivery.

Praescient Analytics, LLC is a Veteran-led, certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) founded in 2011 which specializes in implementing advanced analytics solutions across the defense, intelligence, and law enforcement communities.

Praescient has extensive experience designing, developing, and integrating solutions for customers including the US Army, Special Operations Command (SOCOM), US Navy (USN), US Marine Corps (USMC), US Coast Guard (USCG), Department of Justice (DOJ), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), intelligence community, and local law enforcement agencies, among others.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Provide project management support to include tasking developers and business analysts in meeting project requirements.
  • Lead meetings with business function owners and other stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Perform stakeholder engagement and outreach activities.
  • Manage the contract requirements and work with government customers to provide insight on business requirements and functional design.
  • Interface with the customer with regards to the work being performed and scheduling of tasks.
  • Have direct accountability for the technical correctness, timeliness and quality of all deliverables.

Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 15+ years of verifiable experience in policy analysis, program evaluation, research, data integrity audits, and statistical and data analysis.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • Experience with Excel, SAS, and Tableau.
  • A U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience functioning in a leadership role on an Agile project environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Active Security Clearance.
  • Masters Degree from an accredited university.
