Job Summary : Project Coordinator Wireless Communication & Security Projects

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of wireless communications projects.

In this role, you will manage project timelines, resources, and client relationships to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet customer expectations.

You will work closely with teams across departments and third-party contractors to maintain a seamless project process and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution : Develop project plans including scope, resources, schedules, and budgets.
  • Client Management : Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Team Coordination : Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Budget Management : Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Risk Management : Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Project Tracking : Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving : Resolve any project-related issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control : Ensure that all projects meet ERS Wireless standards and client specifications.

Qualifications

  • Project Management Experience : 2-3 years of experience managing projects, preferably in technology or communications.
  • Industry Experience : Familiarity with wireless communication or security systems is a plus but not required.
  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills : Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Travel : Flexibility to travel as needed for project-related tasks.
  • License : Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Background Check : Candidates must pass a drug screening and background check.
