Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM $16 - $17 per hour (depending on experience)
Basic Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of accounts payable and data entry experience
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to cross-train in all areas
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll handle various tasks such as route reconciliation, customer service, data entry, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly logging, and sales support.
You'll also assist with receptionist and clerical duties. We value strong work ethics and teamwork, so bring your dedication and enthusiasm!
