JeffTemps, Jefferson's in-house temp service, is seeking applicants with food & nutrition experience for our Norrtheast campuses.

Duties :
Performs routine duties related to the preparation and serving of food.
- Assembles food, Patient Trays, Individual Portions and Food Displays in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment. Stocks food and supplies.
- Completes ware-washing / sanitizing dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots and pans.
- Cleans and sanitizes kitchen and service work areas, serving areas, and equipment and removes garbage, trash and grease from the department areas.
- Prepare hot beverages and place on patient trays
- Deliver and collect trays for patients
- Assist patients with menu selections and input selections into CBORD via Ipad
- Regular, punctual attendance, Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Hospital.
Qualifications
Educational / Training Requirements :
High School Diploma / GED or 3 years’ experience required
Must be able to read, write and comprehend written assignments
Conditions of Employment
Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson’s clinical entities or at the University.
If you are not currently vaccinated you will be required to receive the vaccination prior to hire date if you are offered employment, unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption from Jefferson.
