Description :
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team for the 2024-25 school year in Grandview, Missouri.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations to support students' academic and social-emotional success.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address students' needs and promote positive outcomes.
- Provide counseling and support services to students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement strategies to support students' overall well-being.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessment results, intervention plans, and progress monitoring data.
- Stay informed about best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of school psychology.
Qualifications :
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
- Valid Missouri certification or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist.
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality services to meet the diverse needs of students.
