Accounts Payable Clerk
We are offering a contract opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in London, Ontario, Canada. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be working in a business casual environment where you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including processing invoices, handling incoming calls, and utilizing your technical skills.
Responsibilities :
- Process and code invoices accurately, ensuring they align with purchase orders
- Handle incoming calls as part of a shared responsibility with other team members
- Utilize JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and other ERP systems to manage accounts payable processes
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of customer credit records
- Conduct account reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks
- Work in an EFT environment, ensuring seamless electronic fund transfers
- Conduct regular check runs to maintain cash flow and payables
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a high level of technical savvy to streamline operations and improve efficienc
