Our Mission Control department is currently seeking individuals to add to our team and act as a liaison between our subcontractors, company, clients, and builders.
We need someone who is energetic, likes working with people and maintains a positive attitude. OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS : Provide updates to our customers regarding sub-contractor scheduling Assist sub-contractors with any challenges with provided jobs and materials Promptly and effectively respond to emails Input data into scheduling system, RFMS Record information accurately after each communication with sub-contractor and / or customers Run reports regarding materials and their status or lack thereof SKILLS / EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE : Bilingual (English / Spanish) required both in communication and comprehension (written / spoken / read) Previous Data entry, Microsoft word, outlook and Excel preferred 1-2yrs customer service preferred Highschool diploma or GED required Background in construction or dispatch preferred BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH OUR TEAM : On-Site Gym facility Medical, Dental and Vision coverage 401K Paid Holidays Vacation and Personal Time Employee appreciation events Flooring Services and our affiliated entities are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
