We are searching for a Training Coordinator l on behalf of our client. This is a 7 month contract assignment. The main objective for the person in role is t to help the with administration with the crane program across 3 areas : TX, CO, MI.
The person will be working with the instructor. Size of the classes : 10-15 people. Population of students of 400.
Location : Henderson Colorado
Hybrid position : 3 days in office and 2 days remote
Responsibilities :
- Register people for class.
- Ensure people are showing up for their classes.
- up the computer needed to give the exam.
- Helping out with the examination.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Must have at least 1-2 years administrative experience.
- Must be proficient Microsoft office, SharePoint.
- Must have great communication and organizational skills.
- Must have Safety shoes (the client reimburses for cost)
- May Travel to other sites.
- Crane proxy test- need to get certified.
