Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an impressive mid-level associate to join their Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation team.
The position is based in Kansas City, in an office known for its collegiality and exceptional work culture.
Responsibilities :
- Advise on all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, such as equity plans, qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
- Work alongside and collaborate with a team of leading practitioners in the areas of Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation matters.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
- Excellent academic record from a reputable ABA accredited law school.
- Superior legal writing and drafting skills.
- Strong commitment to maintain client relationships.
- Admittance to the Missouri bar. We may consider those with related experience that are willing to gain admission to the Missouri bar.
Location :
This position will require 3 days per week in the office with the option to work remotely on the remaining 2 days.
