Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team at a senior living community. As a Health and Wellness Nurse, you will provide support to the Director of Health and Wellness and take on leadership responsibilities in their absence.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking to grow into a leadership role and make a positive impact on the lives of seniors.
- Practices according to the philosophy and policies / procedures of the community and State standards
- Completes resident assessments
- Provides direction and leadership to care staff
- Trains staff on medication administration and other care duties
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Must have a valid, unrestricted RN license in the state
- Maintain CEU requirements
- Computer skills
- Passion for working with seniors
