Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate DSP to join our team on a part-time basis, working every other weekend during the evening shift from 4 : 30 PM to 10 : 30 PM.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and assistance to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Hours - 12 hours
Shift Schedule : every other weekend
Pay Rate : $16-$18 / hr
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health and behavior.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements :
- Previous experience as a caregiver / DSP or in a similar role is preferred.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards elderly clients.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be available to work 2nd shift / night shift hours.
