FLOOR MANAGER - KA'TEEN

Chef West Avila's Ka'teen is hiring for a Floor Operations Manager!
The ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader with a genuine passion for providing world-class service, a keen eye for detail, and a talent for building teams and developing others.
At least 2 years of restaurant management experience in a casual-upscale restaurant is strongly preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Being the face of the venue and actively engaged in service during peak times (varies depending on operations schedule).
- Holding motivating and inspiring pre-shifts as well as continued training and ongoing training to elevate service, attention to detail, and knowledge.
- Forecasting and scheduling for team members.
- Staffing any SEOs and working closely with the culinary team on flow of events, event pre-shift, and execution.
- Ensuring the operations team has the proper signage with outlet hours of operations.
- Maintaining HD, Safety & Sanitation, and overall cleanliness of Ka'teen.
- Communicating weekly with the F&B Director about staffing needs and working closely with the People & Culture team to host recruitment fairs.
- Processing final Payroll for any and all responsible venues.
- Covering the other F&B Managers' days off.
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Strong communication skills and the ability to ask for help, get clarity on direction, and communicate challenges or issues.
- Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Superior verbal / written skills and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Previous luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working with MICROS preferred.
- Must show full proof of vaccination against Covid-19.
