Position Summary :

The Financial Analyst is a key contributor to the Financial Planning & Analysis team at TMHNA. This position will be responsible for assisting in the profitability planning and analysis at TMHNA.

Essential Position Duties :

Financial reporting

Financial analysis

Business modeling / forecasting

Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

Responsibilities :

Lead profitability planning and analysis for different business segments.

Lead TMHNA's SG&A expense planning and analysis

Complete various business cases and ROI for TMHNA investment proposals.

Respond to ad hoc projects to support TMHNA business units and deliver reporting that is timely, accurate, and insightful

Assist in development of TMHNA's annual financial plan

Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and packages requiring written and verbal presentations to management and executives

Maintain plan data within existing operating system

Continue to refine budgeting and reporting practices

Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

Professionally communicate with all levels within the organization

Be available in the workplace via regular attendance

Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned

Specific Knowledge and Skills :

Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and assignments

Detail oriented

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Ability to research and resolve critical issues that are deadline driven

Process oriented with the ability to define and implement new processes using business systems / applications

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Education & Experience :

SAP experience preferred, but not required.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

Professional certification preferred, but not required.

1-2 years of related accounting / finance experience preferred, but not required.

Primary environment : ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
