Dental Assistant
We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our family
We offer :
- Starting Wage $ to $25 per hour
- Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm

A Day in the Life of a Dental Assist ant with Salud :
- Let’s face it : A Dental Assistant does a lot over the course of a workday. For example, you prepare the treatment room;
- you maintain the schedule and ensure the team is sticking to it; you interact with patients before, during, and after procedures;
and you assist the dentist chairside. And these are just some of the many duties on your plate.
Qualifications
Education :
Graduation from high school or equivalent is required
Experience :
- Previous dental assistant experience desired, but not required
- Bilingual English / Spanish is preferred
Licensure / Certification :
Must be radiology certified within the timeframe set by Dental Department standards
Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers from one of the following organizations :
a. American Heart Association;
b. American Safety and Health Institute; or
c. American Red Cross.
No licensure or certification is needed to be hired, although Dental Assistants must become credentialed through the Salud Career Ladders program.
