Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Network Administrator I to join our team in the DMV area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

M aintains connectivity for enterprise network assets to ensure compliance and secure operations on both unclassified and classified networks (e.

g., SIPR, NIPR, and JWICS)

E nsure all network switches and routers are operational, properly configured, and compliant with security requirements, such as DISA STIG

P erform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of network devices to ensure optimal performance

C onfiguring, maintaining , and monitoring of firewalls, intrusion protection, and intrusion detection systems and for network access control and authentication in accordance with ATO requirements, cybersecurity policies, and standards

I mplement necessary security measures to protect specialized systems and networks from unauthorized access and cyber threats

C ollaborate with ISSOs and stakeholders in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in an IT, Business, Engineering, Math, Science, or related field

Hold one of the following certifications within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order :

CCNA-Security

CySA+

GICSP

GSEC

Security+ CE

SSCP

If a candidate does not have a degree at all, four (4) additional years of experience are required

If a candidate holds an Associates degree rather than a Bachelors degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required

Preferred Qualifications :

Relevant industry standard certifications such as Comptia Network+, Cisco / Juniper, or AWS Advanced Networking

Clearance Requirements :

This position requires an active TS / SCI w / Polygraph

Physical Requirements :

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $68,000-$113,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary / hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
