Position Overview : We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, order placements, and ensuring they have a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Assist customers in understanding our products and services, guiding them to the best options for their needs.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, including quoting and estimating as required.
- Coordinate with prepress and production teams to ensure all jobs meet client requirements and specifications.
- Monitor job status and communicate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and internal teams.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Schedule :
- Monday to Friday, 7 : 45 AM - 5 : 15 PM
- Occasional weekend or overtime shifts may be available.
Compensation :
Starting pay : $15+ per hour, commensurate with experience.
