RESPONSIBILITIES :
The PRN Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (PICU RN) provides specialized care to pediatric patients and collaborates with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering infusion therapy, and assisting with various medical procedures.
- Monitor patient's vital signs, such as blood pressure, breathing, and heart rate
- Administer infusion therapy, including IV fluids, antibiotics, and electrolytes
- Assist with insertion or discontinuation of medical devices
