Responsibilities :
- Design and implement a comprehensive ELA curriculum aligned with state standards.
- Create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Evaluate and assess student progress through various methods, including assignments, exams, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and collaborate with parents to support student success.
- Stay current with educational trends and best practices in ELA instruction.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on English or a related field.
- Arizona teaching certification in English / Language Arts.
- Proven experience as an ELA teacher at the high school level.
- Strong knowledge of ELA curriculum development and instructional strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience integrating technology into the classroom for enhanced learning.
