About Pelsue
Pelsue is a manufacturer of industrial safety equipment, satcom products and fiber splicing trailers, vans and tents. We are looking to expand the roots of the company, the industrial safety line.
As a result, we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support that line. Born and based in Colorado, we have moved to a new facility at 22100 E 26th Ave Aurora CO 80019.

A day in the life
You will be handling inbound inquiries, initiating outbound activity targeting specific markets and following up on previously quoted solutions.
Success in your role is predicated on your ability to engage with customers to establish a relationship, use probing questions to help clarify customer needs, consult through the sales process.
Discipline to track activity using customer relationship management (CRM) software will be key.
This role is also responsible for accurate entering of Purchase Orders, professionally communicating estimated ship dates and serves as the primary point of contact through the manufacturing life cycle of an order.
What you need to be qualified for the job
Previous customer service experience along with a background in sales and excellent communication skills are what we are looking for, however, candidates that have a strong, demonstratable desire to break into sales may also be considered.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable with making follow-up calls on past quotes and talking to new people all day.
Energetic, well-spoken, and eager to drive business is always a plus. You will need to be able to work independently and as an active member of a team.
Work Schedule
This position is an in-person role, M-F. We believe this helps build a high performing cohesive team.
Inside Sales Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM / HubSpot experience preferred.
- High school
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required.
Compensation : Base $48 to $58K dependent on experience and skill set. This position is eligible for quarterly commission.
