$1000.00 Sign-On Bonus!
Starting Pay : $30.00+ (and up) hourly. Pay dependent on knowledge, skills, and abilities
Shift(s) Available : Day Shift 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm
Ability to work any shift, overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts as needed.

Job Summary :
Under general supervision builds, maintains, repairs and installs electrical equipment across a wide range of plant operations.
Essential Job Functions :
Participates actively in safety and skills training in pursuit of personal improvement
Maintains a thorough knowledge of production processes, equipment and operations in the interest of diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions
Performs preventive and predictive maintenance duties on plant equipment
Diagnoses electrical failures and performs repairs on production and facilities equipment as required
Experience installing conduit and wiring in an industrial setting.
Able to wire motors, motor starters and a variety of other components and troubleshooting same.
Experience working with low voltage, 120v, 240, 480v and three phase.
General understanding of plc’s
Able to work safely. Understands how to use a meter to determine proper lock outs.
Has worked with gearboxes, belt / chain drives, bearings, seals.
Installs new equipment and performs preventative maintenance duties as necessary
Possess general computer use knowledge
Maintains manuals of replacement parts, specifications, blueprints of equipment and maintenance requirements to facilitate repairs, also maintains such files and records in an orderly manner for future reference
Documents work order time, work performed and parts used by completing time records through use of the Maintenance Management System
Conducts regular inspections of tools, safety and production equipment
Develops and maintains knowledge of hand and power tools used in the repair and maintenance of plant equipment
May perform reasonably similar or related duties as required.
Assists in keeping the department in tour ready condition.
Prefer a minimum of 3-5 years of Industrial or commercial electrical experience and / or two (2) year degree.
Must successfully complete all ADM Safety Certification requirements
Basic knowledge of process equipment
Experience :
Good regular and prompt attendance history
Excellent safety record and awareness
Previous plant / process experience
Experience in any of the following areas is a preferred :
Automation / PLC
Low / Medium Voltage
Mechanical
480V 3PH wiring, diagnostics, and repair
Millwright
Preventative and Predictive Maintenance
Mobile Equipment (forklift or manlift)
Rigging
Skills Preferred :
Good organizational and communication skills, and must be self-motivated
Ability to work well with others and with little supervision (Required)
Willingness to assume and learn new responsibilities
Housekeeping and sanitation skills
Willingness to work overtime when necessary
Attention to detail and accurate record keeping skills
Working Conditions :
May be called in to work unusual or extended schedules due to equipment breakdowns or similar circumstances
Working with numerous types of machines and processes
