Candidate profile and qualifications
- Experience : 2-3 years of human resources coordinator and / or generalist experience
- Fluent in Spanish is a huge plus!
- Experience supporting hiring, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, & benefits related inquiries
- Proficient in : Microsoft Office Suite, ADP
- Soft Skills : eager to learn, organized, passionate about working with people
- Education : Preferred, not required
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Administrative handling of all HR related tasks including preparation of Payroll, Onboarding, offboarding, etc.
- First point of contact for employees and go-to person for managers.
- Close collaboration with the responsible HR Management Consultant and with the German headquarters
- Collaboration in the creation and introduction of new HR processes and the revision of existing HR processes
- International HR projects
