Candidate profile and qualifications

  • Experience : 2-3 years of human resources coordinator and / or generalist experience
  • Fluent in Spanish is a huge plus!
  • Experience supporting hiring, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, & benefits related inquiries
  • Proficient in : Microsoft Office Suite, ADP
  • Soft Skills : eager to learn, organized, passionate about working with people
  • Education : Preferred, not required

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Administrative handling of all HR related tasks including preparation of Payroll, Onboarding, offboarding, etc.
  • First point of contact for employees and go-to person for managers.
  • Close collaboration with the responsible HR Management Consultant and with the German headquarters
  • Collaboration in the creation and introduction of new HR processes and the revision of existing HR processes
  • International HR projects
