Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Our client, a leading provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services, is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Philadelphia.

As a BCBA , you will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessments : Perform assessments to identify individuals' strengths, needs, and behavioral challenges.
• Develop and implement treatment plans : Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
• Provide direct ABA services : Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, utilizing behavior analytic techniques to promote behavior change and skill development.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team : Work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the individual's care.

Qualifications :

• Board Certification : Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing, holding a valid certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• ABA experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities in an ABA setting.
• Assessment and intervention skills : Proficient in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
• Collaboration and communication : Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team.
