We are currently seeking licensed life insurance agents to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering security and protection to our clients.

Dedicated Customer Service : Our customer service team handles client support, allowing you to focus on sales. Compensation : We offer a base of $17 per hour ($35,360) with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses on every sale.
Additional Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package and assistance with non-resident state licenses, including initial purchase and renewals.
What We Need From You : Active Life Insurance License : If you don’t have a license, we can assist you in obtaining one and will reimburse the cost after your first week of training.
Commitment to Service : A genuine eagerness to assist and support seniors. Work Ethic : Availability for a full-time commitment (Monday Friday, 9am to 5 : 30pm) with no weekend work required.
Skills and Attributes : Enthusiasm, energy, empathy, strong organizational skills, discipline, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Technical Proficiency : Competence in Microsoft Office programs is necessary. Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.
