High-end, award-winning landscape design / build firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale residential projects in the Sterling, VA / Washington D.C. area. Ideal candidates have prior construction management or site superintendent experience with carpentry, landscaping, masonry, lighting, and pool construction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate resources, schedules, and budgets to deliver projects safely, on time, and to quality standards.
- Oversee field production and ensure projects exceed client expectations.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with design / sales teams to align on project goals.
- Train, mentor, and develop field staff for high performance.
- Monitor contracts, budgets, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service and minimize warranty issues.
