The opportunityOur Life Sciences clients are seeking and hiring a new type of Transformation Design expert one who provides strategic guidance, drives Product and Solution vision, but is also deeply embedded in the delivery and success of their value-driven programs.

Traditional suppliers, such as strategy houses, systems integrators, and engineering project management consultants cannot provide the complete service our clients now demand.

Our insights and capabilities across all levels in planning, analysis and delivery are integrated into our core offerings, and this exemplifies our unique viewpoint over traditional program management.

Your key responsibilitiesA successful Business Transformation Senior Manager will work with our Life Sciences clients to help them with strategic growth, business transformation, and commercial excellence.

This senior role within our Consulting practice will have the opportunity to lead large engagements, build solutions, lead teams, and innovate in the market.

Our practice works with large pharma, biotechnology, medical device manufacturers, and medical technology industries. You will be an integral member of our life sciences consulting team and spend most of your time focused on providing client services in the following areas : business transformation, commercial operations, commercial data and analytics, commercial strategy, market access, growth strategy, operating model optimization, technology implementation and enterprise transformation.

You will team with engagement leadership to design, establish and operate business, architecture, solution architecture, product management approaches and resulting day to day value delivery structures tracking performance, status and benefit realization across workstreams.

Your role in leading teams or parts of teams on engagements will depend on the size of engagement and will be under responsibility of higher levels.

They will look to you to anticipate and identify risks and escalate issues as appropriateAbility to cultivate and manage business development opportunities.

Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess / present ways to serve clients. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.

Develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needsTo qualify for the role you must haveA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Biology, Pharmacology6+ years biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience and experience providing advisory services in these industries, focused in at least one of the following areas : Commercial analyticsBrand strategyPricing and market accessCommercial operations model transformationDigital campaign management strategyFamiliarity with pharmaceutical datasets (e.

g. pricing databases, prescription and claims databases, etc.)Experience with commercial operations and analyticsProven success in leading and developing a team of staff / senior consulting professionalsExperience supporting and participating in pursuit efforts.

Experience with the end-to-end RFP process (RFP, Response, Proposal, Client Presentation, SOW and Execution) and understanding of client procurement processesHistory of driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of Fortune 500 companiesMultiple engagements in which individual revenue managed was above 10 million dollarsDemonstrated excellent oral and written communication skillsA valid driver's license in the US and a valid passport required;

The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $133,900 to $305,900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $160,700 to $347,600.

Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
