Plumbing III Technician

Work Summary

Plumber II Technicians will independently assemble, install, alter, and repair pipelines or pipe systems that carry water, steam, air, or other liquids or gases. May install heating and cooling equipment and mechanical control systems. Duties include using, supplying, or handling materials, tools, and equipment necessary to accomplish essential duties. Will perform under the supervision of Plumber III. May be assisted by Plumber I technicians.

• Memorize and uphold our company Mission Statement and Core Values.
• Field estimating.
• Hydro-jetting.
• Snaking and clearing sewer and storm drains.
• Operating pipe cameras, tracing and mapping lines.
• Install / replace / maintain plumbing or piping.
• Troubleshooting, repair or replacement of toilets, sinks, urinals, water bibs, faucets, drinking fountains, drains, sewers, Drain clearing and inspecting, etc.
• Excavating and trenching by hand or with equipment.
• Jack hammering, saw cutting and removing of concrete, asphalt, and hard pan surfaces.
• Working on, with or around sewer, water and gas lines.
• Descaling.
