El Gerente General del Restaurante Taco Bell es el líder del EQUIPO quien establece el tono del ambiente de trabajo, y el nivel de hospitalidad para los clientes.
Usted es responsable de la operación de todo el restaurante y de construir un equipo fuerte que constantemente ofrece a clientes una comida y una experiencia agradable.
Responsabilidades clave incluyen encontrar, contratar y desarrollar empleados, conducir orientación para nuevos empleados y desarrollar el plan de formación para cada nuevo empleado.
También es responsable de programar y desplegar el equipo correctamente, abordar problemas de rendimiento, asistir en la resolución de problemas con clientes y administrando el presupuesto del restaurante y planes financieros.
Un candidato seleccionado deberá tener al menos 21 años de edad, tener fuerte liderazgo y habilidades de comunicación, una trayectoria en desarrollo de personas, y una actitud positiva.
