About the Role : CNA / CMA

At Wesley on Grand in Des Moines, our Residential Care community offers a warm, supportive environment for just 24 residents . Care here is more personal and relationship-focused, and because of the size and setup, no hoyer lifts are required .

As a CNA / CMA, you'll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of our residents by :

Assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication support.

Providing emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment.

Conducting routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications.

Facilitating resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.

Ensuring a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.

Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

Passing medications as needed.

Open Shifts Available :

1st shift (6 : 00pm-2 : 30pm) Full-Time every other weekend

Qualifications :

Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

CNA certified required

CMA certified required

The starting pay range for this position is $18.72-$22.50 / hour.. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
