Employment Type : Full-Time, 37.50 hours / week
Start Date : 2024 / 2025 School Year
Hourly Rate : $46.00, with guaranteed weekly pay
Description :
We are seeking a dedicated School Social Worker with pediatric experience for the 2024 / 2025 School Year in Peoria, IL.
This full-time position offers 37.50 hours per week with an hourly rate of $46.00, guaranteed hours, and weekly pay. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical settings and possess a master's degree in Social Work.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct special education-related assessments, assist with scheduling, and manage paperwork as required
- Provide direct services to students within either the early childhood program (ages 3-5) or the high school program
- Collaborate with educators, families, and munity resources to support student well-being and academic success
- Implement and monitor individualized interventions and support plans for students
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a School Social Worker in Illinois
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in educational or clinical settings
- Strong organizational, munication, and interpersonal skills
