Job Description
- Lead problem solving efforts and continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and increase equipment effectiveness
- Identify, propose, justify and manage the implementation of capital improvement projects
- Participate and / or lead problem solving teams and initiatives
- Support the creation and completion of Engineering Change Requests
- Lead the development of or assist with the creation of detailed work instructions that outline production techniques and standard work for manufacturing processes
- Assist New Product Introduction team with the launch of new products and support design transfer to production.
- Provide on-going manufacturing support
- Plan, schedule, conduct or coordinate detailed phases of the engineering work in a part of major / minor projects
Must Have
Bachelor's in Engineering
1 to 3 years experience in manufacturing / process engineering
Experience with fabrication (welding, grinding, machining), mechanical or electronic assembly.
Knowledge of CAD, CREO or Solidworks
Nice to Have-
Electrical experience
Understanding of processes
Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing facility.
