As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our event marketing firm, ensuring exceptional service throughout every interaction.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining positive relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary contact for client and attendee inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Assist event attendees with questions about event details, registration, and general information.
  • Provide a welcoming and helpful experience to enhance overall attendee satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for efficient problem resolution and smooth event execution.
  • Maintain professional communication across various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Keep clients and attendees updated with event information, including changes and updates.
  • Work closely with the event coordination and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and event management.

  • Proven ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
