A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support sales operations and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sales forecasting and prepare for Executive Management Team Business Reviews
Develop and monitor annual budgets, territory, and quota assignments for sales teams
Administer CRM systems and reconcile sales performance for accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably in software technology
Financial background in accounting, finance, or a related field
General knowledge of GAAP and IFRS revenue recognition rules
Experience with ERP & CRM systems (SAP, Hyperion & SFDC)
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
